More chaos for your corner
Please, let me berate you.
It is for the best, to be sure
For we, a kingdom divided
united over mammon, the seeds
of strife we plant will bend
for some greater plan. Some
can't abide;
But should gold be mixed with iron?
Such is a church with a rainbow flag
and a nation of immigrants
"he that leaveth his homeland forsaketh his god"
To become part of a smorgasbord
Which lacks flavor or direct zeal
A new Babel for the new age
A new world and a new god
A new dogma for a new religion
Tolerance is love
Vice is virtue
Sin is progress
Equality is freedom
Exclusivity is bigotry

I really enjoyed this poetic
I really enjoyed this poetic commentary of cultural inversions and kaos. If one is a theist or believes in the evotuionary arc as many do; there is at least a hope and perhaps a long view that culture is moving however slowly towards some kind of acsenention. This is a smart penatrative write and eloquent too!
