My hero is a very special friend,

He has been there from the beginning,

And he will be there till the end.

My hero is not my hero because of wealth or fame,

My hero is my big brother and Daniel is his name.

I admire my hero for all the great things he has done,

He is smart, brave, strong, kind, funny, and fun.

There has been a lot of times my hero has helped me out, and I have never told him thanks,

So I am telling you now, Hero, no one will ever take your place.
