Wish You Were Here...

Did you smile when death came-by?

Was I in your thoughts when you
died?

You left me behind without saying
good-bye-

Friends until the end...Yours!

Childhood memories are all that
linger.

Dirty kids running throught the streets',
running away from bullies or pigs.
Everyday mischiefs...remember?

We use to play hide and seek all day.
You found me and I found You.
As we got older, we chose what side
to live-by.

The sounds of childrens' laughter
are forgotten-

Street life; street knowledge is what
got us by. Dodging rocks and bullets.
Close-calls, high walls to jump over.
We grew-up too fast, some died too
young-

I can't shed no more tears;
I have no more peers, now that

Your gone. I miss you.
I wish you were here.
I haven't change.

I'm still the same.

Come visit me in my dreams!!....
man, I wish you were here!!
