It was probably the steak dinner. The animals last fragrant memories, whilst watching as they cut it's throat in the abotare. Stuning is the most humane method of killing an animal and large quantities of them at that. I do not think the Hahal meat is prepared properly; causing to much bloodshed on death of animal. This can lead to cross contamination from animal to humane and also into the main food chain. As many of these viruses prove to be major pandemics, the healthier and far less to no blood splatter the better and therefore less cross contamination. Many of the health and saftey guidelines should be returned to and practised in preparation of meat. Family community prayers can be said at home or temple by head of family, especially  if it promotes healther and safety standards.
