What is a true friend?

Someone who would no anything for you no questions asked?
Someone who knows what it is wrong without you even having to say a thing?
They would go out of there way for you?
They accept you for who you are and don’t ever want you to change?
Why I am always the one who does these things but my “friends” will never do anything for me
I feel like I am all alone
Like no one cares (except my mom who has to)
