Too Busy
He said, “Not now. I am too busy.
I just don’t have the time.”
Not now, I am too busy,
would become his paradigm.
“Not now, I am too busy.”
I quickly came to see
Meant he was too busy with other things
and didn’t have time for me.
Kids Don't Need Much
A smile, sharing space, a thrown and caught ball. Running and food are always involved. A kid equals love and smiles and time spent with those who love him/her. Easy like an entire week of Sunday mornin's :D
