When Reality Bites You…

It’s hard to understand the reason

Why it hurts.

But when the time comes unexpectedly,

You’ll discover that reality bites –

Because you’re looking at it differently,

The effort is not enough,

Or you’re not looking at all.



How fool I am not to see its beauty!

Its awesome brilliance,

Its enigma,

The magnificence of its power –

LOVE.



I see Love in Reality

And Reality in Love.

I see it clearly-

In my own eyes,

In the smile of my dad though he’s tired,

In the laughter of mom amidst of worries and fears,

The cheerful conversations of my brothers

And li’l sister…like the world

Is Perfect.

I see it in my friends,

Even in strangers!

In each creature,

In nature…



I see HOPE.

I see it in my dreams.

Reality indeed BITES!!!

To open the eyes of Dreamers,

To see life’s beauty and wonder,

- To see the Face of God.
