The princess

I was left alone,
To face this world,
Which was always cruel to me;
I felt too tired,
Unable to make my way,
And I feared I would lose,
The strenghth and courage,
The spirit and wisdome,
Which had made me win,
Many a battle in the past.

The pain was severe,
And nobody to share!
I searched around,
For a hand to hold on,
A shoulder to cry on,
To relieve the pain,
And derive energy from.

IT was then a chariot came,
With a princess so cute;
She sat next to me,
Sharing all my woes,
Holding my hands,
And the tender lips of her,
Delivered in my year,
The spell of LOVE.
