We lay here breeding

We are the worms

We lay here breathing

We are the maggots

We lay here screaming

We are the poison

We lay here dying

We have been dethroned

[BY INCEST WITH EVIL]

We must be controlled

[BY A LEASH OF IRON]

This have been foretold

[BUT WE REFUSED TO LISTEN]

Tell me what

[TELL ME WHY]

I can't close my eyes

[AND AWAKE FROM THIS NIGHTMARE]

We bang the head against the wall

[AND SEEK AN ANSWER]

We slit each other's throats

[AND LOOK FOR SHELTER]

Tell me why

[IT MUST BE THIS WAY]

Tell me how

[I AM SUPPOSED TO LIVE THIS WAY]

The era of upheaval have come

But you seek to hide in your dome

Chlorine and sulfur run in your blood

Smoke and cinder are your abode

[OBAY THE CALL, THE CALL OF EVIL]

False prophets

[FORESAW THIS BEFORE US]

We are nothing but blind puppets

[AND YOU WONT RESIST US]

We claw our way

[BUT WE FORGOT OUR MEANING]

We take our final breathe

[WHILE THE LIGHT IS DIMMING]

OUR EXISTANCE

[So futile and full of romance]

OUR RESISTANCE

[Won't stop the fall]

OUR ACCEPTANCE

[Will only stall us]

[In your wounds we fester]

He demands control
