There is this woman in town

With blood red eyes

And hair like the sun

Whom they say drowned

In a starless night

When the trees moaned

And the wind kept quiet

When her husbend

Beat her down

But they say this woman

Can make a man happy

For a price only she can tell

And she'll do everything 

You tell her to do

The fantasies came true tonight

The blood eyed woman

Demanded her price

But I wouldn't pay her

And told her to go bug another man

Since she should thank me

So the red eyed woman

Bid me farewell

And the stars never came that night

And the moon never fell

A knock on the door

And there is no body there

Am I Imagining?

Theres some one drowning in the river

I make haste,

And warn the neighbors

But when I look down at the river

I could only see my own reflection

Screaming for help

Unable to escape
