Great in Heaven

Folder:
Spiritual

When I was hungry,

You feed me with bread of adversity.

When I was thirsty,

You give me water of affliction.

When I was naked,

You clothed me with garment of humility.

When I was homeless,

You sheltered me in the house of persecution.

When there’s no place I could turn to

My soul sought divine intervention.

Now,

Hope is my clinging vine.

Faith is my house of refuge.

Love is my unfailing link with

Him above,

Whose mercy is great in heaven.

And whose truth is in the clouds.

Author's Notes/Comments:

~Life’s vicissitudes need divine intervention in the form of a miracle you would never expect to happen, when you think, “all hell let loose.”
