I miss the way you held me

Like you would never let me go

You would wrap me in your arms

Keeping me safe and warm



I miss looking into your eyes

and not having to say a single word

Our love was so beautifully sweet

Even in silence it was heard



I miss sharing my dreams with you,

and you standing behind them one hundred percent

I still cannot believe you are gone

because the time we spent together was heavenly sent



Most of all, I miss the way you loved me

Our love was real and pure right from the start

Another thing I miss the most

Is the way you healed my heart



and I would give anything to have that feeling back

It kills me that I have to go even one day without you

Bring me back those feelings,

Without you I am not okay
