They give me a chance

Just to take it away

They throw me a bone

Just to pick me dry another day

They show me some hope

Just to shatter it on the ground

They make me think I am the one, only to let me down

Will I ever get to shine?

or will the rest of my days be sad and full of gloom

Will I ever see the sun again

or the flowers bloom?

Is this how it ends,

or is this just rock bottom?
