The girl in my reflection is a total stranger

I do not recognize her anymore

One too many drinks,

one too many nights on the bathroom floor

Lied too often to everyone who ever cared

and made them all walk away

Maybe if I ever woke up,

Prayed for a break through

and apologized to everyone

Then I would get anohter chance

and maybe I would recognize

the girl staring back at me
