From the night we first met
The smile on your face
Brought me a feeling I will never forget
Same old moonlight
That underneath we danced
Hand in h and
Those nights we got lost in our romance
Same old moonlight
Where we wished on shooting stars
We hold the future in our hands
All we ever dreamt of was finally ours
Same old moonlight
We'd look at as we discussed or dreams and plans
but things can change
As quick as we let go of our hands
Same old moonlight
and it brings all the memories back
From that night long ago where we first met
Under the moonlight
