I searched so long for a love like ours

Asked for a miracle from all the shooting stars

but I never found what I was looking for

That is until I found you



I longed for a love with a deeper connection

Where body, soul and mind were all in tact

Not something consistant of one part

because love is more than just an act



I craved for love to fill my heart completely

To feed the hunger within my weary soul

I needed to feel that gentle embrace to know I was living

I needed to feel that I was the one in control



I needed love upon a higher level

Not a love that questioned every motion

Some true in love would be nice, I am not a devil

but still you insist on always knowing every action



I wanted love that was true and pure

That needed no doubt that it was so destined, we were sure

but love is not always the way we want it to be

but love is love, so beautifully
