I have given you everything you have ever asked for

Stood beside your dreams,

Supported you when you needed support,

Held on to you like I would never let go,

And most of all, love you unconditionally

You were a priority to me, always

I never doubted my feelings for you

I would have stood on a rooftop and screamed it to the world

So why do I feel like I have failed so badly?

When did I become just an option?

Remind me what went wrong,

I must have missed it

Maybe my eyes just wanted to stay in oblivion,

Not see the horrible truth of losing you
