I promised that thunderstorms

would never stop me from getting to you

I still hold true to my word

Just it may take a little longer

But I think this is something worth the waiting

I got to find my way to you

Because I love you forever true

No sleep I have gotten

For the past few months

But I wont catch a moment of dazing

Till I am safe and sound

inside your arms

Your arms are the only safe place that I have found

No sleeping, no

Not till the day we are together

I may miss out on the chance

to get to you if i do

I will always stay true to you
