because only then will my sorrow subdue

So many thoughts of you race so fast

and in my heart, I want this love to last



Listen when I tell you that I love you

and that without you my skys are gray instead of blue

Can you hear me when I say you are what I need

A thousand times I would die for you, a million times for you I would bleed



Listen when I ask for your time

Is it so hard to spend five minutes a day to talk to me

Just a hello would do me just fine

I just need to know that you are okay daily



Listen when I tell you how I feel

That none of this ever feels real

Hear me when I open myself up to you

and tell me now what you would do

You got rid of the darkness and brought in the sun

Can we go there and start from scratch again
