I have seen sunshine in the darkest of winters

I have seen the snowfall in the warmest of Junes

I have seen miracles,

I have seen a love so pure

But I have seen my share of sorrow and pain

and I have seen the fire of love die out too soon



I have felt what it feels like to fall head first into love

Like your heart is on a rollar coaster

Flying a million miles an hour

But I have also felt that love end

And I have watched my heart plummet



I have seen the rainbow glow

In the sky after a rainstorm

But I have also seen days when

A rainbow ceased to appear



I have seen the sun shine in December

and the snow fall in June

I have watched as love fell apart

But I remember its beautiful tune
