Maybe I am too young to know

Maybe this is not how it is supposed to go

But the only truth I know

Is how much I love you so



So what if there is a distance

What matters if it has only been a year

The love I have for you runs so deep

Now you are the only thing I dream of when I sleep



They say that love is a battlefield

That you have to give love more than a first chance

But who cares what they all say

For the rest of my life, could you and I have this dance...



Maybe I havent experienced everything I should

But I love you more than I ever thought I could

Maybe everything says we cant make it

But we know we can and that is all that matters



Maybe we should see what else is out there

But I know that I would only be led back to you

Maybe I should not love you..
