In the warm summer sky

we could see our love floating high above the clouds

and we knew then that we were soulmates

but little did we know that in the cold breeze

of the autumn we'd fall apart

and lose sight of forever

Scars would come back to us

Reminding us that we will always be haunted

by the past and to never love again



and when the rain poured down

it reminded us of our tears

and the pain of our love lost

on the night when the rain fell down forever



no sun shined for the longest time after you said

your goodbyes

and no rainbows ever appeared

I would give back anything just to get you back here

because you made me better

Than I'd ever been before

and now that you have gone my heart is aching,

so serverly torn

and memories of that bright summer sky

do absolutely nothing for me

except to make me cry



What happend to us being soulmates

and thinking we were fate

I guess it is all over and done with

Perhaps now it is too late
