Day one everything easily flowed

Everyday after that our bond continued to grow

A friendship happened befor I had a chance to close my eyes

I trusted you to tell no lies

our bond only got stronger

When you were by my side longer

Painful tears we would wash away for each other

Not soon after you became my lover

Our love was the greatest that I have ever found

I thought together we were forever bound

But time and distance can change things even seeming so great

All we have to do is put it in the hands of fate

So we had to say goodbye to everything we ever shared

and pretend that for each other we never cared
