to not use self abuse to cure your pain
I dare you not to cut again
when you feel your going insane
I dare you to find another way
to deal with your hurt inside
I dare you to do something else
with the tears you've cried
I dare you to take a risk
and to promise a close friend
look them in the eyes and tell them
that you won't cut yourself again
I know that it will be hard
I've been there too
but it is what is best
it's doing whats good for you
so won't you try to start today
and right this minute put an end
to this self abuse you use
I dare you to not cut again
Wow I never thought of it that way. I know I used to cut myself but I got help before it gor worse and took over my life...and i know my sister used to cut. And I always helped her...but wow. good job.

i like this poem alot. it reminds me of sum1 who use to say it wa sbest 4 me if i didnt cut or anythin but really deep down inside it made me feel even more fukd up not havin anythin to fall back on. i know its the cowards way out of life but at the min i seem to be workin on life...but u know i hav to try, i only get out of life wot i actually put in. thanx 4 the comment that u put on my poem.
