Goodbye Past .... Hello Future
Goodbye ,This time I speak the truth ,
I am saying goodbye to my future life,
and the way I lived in past youth .
I can no longer go on seeking help,
it seems like a useless way .
Can go no longer I am weak,
not getting stronger .
Just remember I do love you ,
I have failed you and I have failed me
The darkness is all I want to see ..
I am scared to go on ,
Chickenshit is what they say ,
I have chosen my way .
My way out do not shed a tear
do not go on and pout.
I no longer wish to hurt you
and soon this will be through .
No more disappointment ,
no more self tourment .
I will be free and total darkness
is all I will see.
I am far gone to be saved
this is my road
already paved .
Unsure how I got to this point,
wait maybe lighting that first joint .
Then a pill maybe two,
along with taking acid too .
I am sorry I let it grab hold
I am weak it is what I am told
No longer will will I hurt any of you
for my life is done and through ....

tell me what time you will need to make yourself well?
What fight is it that I can douse pain with loving balm?
Tell me how your slipping and what can I do to grab your arm?
I would travel the ends of the earth if it will make you see
how special and important you are to me.
I refuse to believe these demons have a strong hold
and I belive that you can tell yourself one slight increment at a time
that your too amazing not to hang around. I would and I'm sure we would all
take a thousand of your disapointments to have you around.
I let my family down everyday and I know its impossible to keep it
all good all the way. so when you need a break take one not one
person knows how hard you fight to make it all right. rest dear one
lay your weary head and build your resolve I am here to watch and
be there to see your beautiful angelic butterfly wings unfold. Forgive
your self first and come back to the fold where we love you and youre
worth your weight in gold. God gives all what they need to grow not
what they want and watch them fold. I cant wait to see a better stronger
you in the next chapter of all you do. Love hugss and prayers SS.
