My existence incomplete;
like a shadow cast by the sun
This amalgamation constantly hanging
over my head like a cloud
Trying to escape my fate;
I turn to ignorance
Wasting away my days
drowning myself in alcohol
hoping to find some answer
to the riddle
but nothing to my mind
but the emptiness in my heart
This heavy feeling of despair
holding me down
keeping me in the mud;
chaining me like a dog
