casting "spells", using words to influence
changes in consciousness

Though you think you are in control of what you are viewing
and hearing, you are really not,
these images and words are working in your brain on a subconscious
level to instill beliefs and opinions inside of you that may not actually
be true.
Uncast the spell,
perceive what is real not what is opinion.
Opinion is magick,
because opinion can be made reality by the magicians

Myself, and those whom I know that stopped watching television since youth, and moved away from giving mass produced news a prominent place in our lives have all had the same experience. Greater peace, a more positive outlook, and a better understanding of reality.
