Walk with me beneath the tinted moon,

Where distant stars in silence bloom;

I’ll hold you close and draw you tight,

And steal a kiss in quiet night.

Walk with me along the restless shore,

And hear the tidal waves that roar;

I’ll brave the sun, its fire ignore,

It’s your heart I’m longing for.

I’ll walk with you through clouded days,

Across the fields where sparrows stay;

We’ll meet the wind on mountains high,

My boundless love will never die.

I’ll walk with you through silver rain,

While gray skies hum a soft refrain;

Enfold me in your gentle arms,

Where I am safe from all that harms.

Walk with me, my dearest heart...

For we were never meant to part.
