I am not broken by pain
As it seems though,
the symptoms are eerily the same.
I broke me.
I never could cut straight.
That tear down the middle.
jagged, rough and unlcean.
I ripped it with my mind,
peircing sharp and so mean.
I Broke Me
That line "...I broke me." hit home, ripped open something and left me in wonderment for all the times I did it to myself. Universals concept for women and I think men have one or more experiences that equal the self declaration "I broke me". Well written verse - personally meaningful ~~Lady A~~
