Like a big Brother

Folder:
My trashcan poetry

She say's she's got something
She want's to tell me
I'm thinking please don't say it
I don't want to hear it
Oh god don't let her say that
I'm like a big brother
Pleaseeeeees don't let her say
I'm only her best friend
that she come's running to
when they hurt her again
Yea maybe I do,but I don't want
to understand
the pain they put her through
I don't want to hold her hand
till it's time for her to go
I want to hold her close enough
I feel her heart beating in my chest
right beside mine all through the night
I want her to be the last thing I see
when I close my eye's
an the first in the morning sun
all I want to hear is she love's me
like no other
please lord what ever she's say's
don't let it be the kiss of death
I don't want to have to love her
like I was her brother
Pleaseeeees lord let it be that
she loves me as I am
I don't want be
it can't be
Her Brother

A Secular Prayer

The trashcan runneth over - That heart sent honesty comes through each line, direct from the mind of the creative genious - melancholy but extremely enjoyed for the craftsmanship and straight talk. ~slc~
