the self examination of ones life is often blurred

in the self examination of ones life

insight is often blurred by the misconceptions
of who we are and who we wanted to be
one mans dream is another man's nightmare
your truth may be my lie
I was once apathetic but now find myself sympathetic
but at a loss of what to do
to some love is feeling all warm an fuzzy inside
to me true love is being willing to die protecting
that one through they'er journey through hell
hindsight is twenty twenty so they say
but I think its blinded by a thin veil of denial
leaving me to believe the self examination of ones life
is often blurred

Bias

blurrs not just the past, the present, and whatever happens next. I will always miss the point when I'm the topic. It's human ~a~
