Well...

While they’re hurting me

They’re leaving someone else alone

But I know they don’t admire

The courage that I’ve shown

Such sadness and hurt lies within

But pride tries to hide it where it can

And now I may have to raise a child

Without the love of a man

Life deals its blows one after another

I cop them strong and true

But the words I wish to share aloud

Won’t ever be good enough for you

So I’ll sign this with a cuddle

And a big kiss for your lips

Remember me after I’m gone

For my hands upon my hips
