WHAT IF

Folder:
LOUVERE'S POEMS

It was heaven sent.  A heart tired of being bent.

A heart tired of all the dents.

It was fate.  It was great.

It all, it place had to fall.

In place it all had to fall into place.

             A smile on my face.

                     What might not have been.

What if we had not met.  I wouldnt have won the met.

What if we did not meet.

A life more sour and dull, than sweet or neat.

                     What have been not.

A life staying cold, not getting hot.

A game we not have been able to win.

So many things had to go right,

before this long night could end.

                     I could find a friend.

I hope you see, it was meant to me.

One and one does make two.

Yes, just like we learned in school.

A life no longer hot, but refreshingly cool.

                       You and me.

A desert finally meeting th sea.
