With my secrets trapped inside her head
Her beautiful face knows my lies, my pain
Her strawberry gashes are part of me
I feel the hurt in her fast paced heart
Sorrow is the burden I lay upon her with my words
Her presence melts joy,
It drips into my eyes
Dissolving into frames of emotion
I want to award her with my being
Shes done so much
But I’ve provided the slightest fragment of nothing
Love for my comical sister is immensely widening
I’m apologetic for the zilch I’ve given her
So I’ll offer a connection of compassion…
and hope she accepts
Her contentment is everything to me
An eternity of companionship
Linking us with
A single understanding
