for everday is a battle
If waking up is courage
I'm 23 years a hero stable
Not staggering with excuses
or hiding under sheets
I rise to meet the times
and never worry if I was ever able

Give rise to ambition
Sate the lust for lower chases
If all we have is now
I know I'd like to spend it
making everyone envious
of all the bullshit I've been through
With what I've suspended
No one could mend it
That right is reserved for me
and my own personal reality

I'm not always in the mood to write something depressing or anxious and this was one of the times. On the heels of good news I thought I would take the opportunity to hash something out and maybe give someone some words to motivate them to if possible. - September 6th, 2018
