and view disease-



I'm not a syndrome

a side effect

an affliction.



I'm not a statistic

or a condition.



I'm not a disorder

or a full time patient.



I'm not a diagnosis

or a result.



I'm not a symptom

or a treatment.



Most of all...

I'm not contagious!



Look beyond the Lupus,

the Fibro, the Raynauds

the Sjogrens

and on and on

and on...



Look beyond the stigma of disease

and see the human

who also hurts emotionally-

who cries-

who feels-

who loves-

who fears-



Look beyond-

and see ME!
