Longing

She longs for something so delicious

Decadent, vile, and slightly viscious

With hell hound fury and blinding rage

Unbridled passion in a broken-lock cage

With a rock hard chest and a heart that beats true

But without a soul to tell her secrets to

In the heat of Hell, he's quiet and still

With the power to make others do his will

He holds cold contempt for any in his way

Even her

Yet

She longs for something so delicious

But should show caution for what she wishes

Most of us have longed for something only to find once we have attained that which we longed for...it isn't quite as wonderful as we thought.
