Eulogy Unwritten

The clock stopped ticking for your time
But everyone is clad in white
No veils are worn and no one sighs
This foolish world won't even cry

They're dancing to the deathbells' chime
Lighting mathces, torching life
The church is burning, pay no mind
A eulogy that no one writes

They're gambling with the Reaper's dice
And playing with his deadly scythe
They're shaking his hands without fright
And trying on his robe for size

Only the fates mourn your demise
As ash comes falling from the skies
Raining death upon all the lies
A phoenix from the ash shall rise
