Anaesthesised body .... heart beating

Covered in sterilized green cloth

Silence all around ..the operation theatre

God of Life washes his hands

Pulls on snug latex gloves

Neurosurgeon perspires in the cool

Shaven,bloated skull painted yellow

Looks eerie ! yet a familiar sight

The God of Life must end the Fight

Who shall win? Time will tell.........

Patient's family and well-wishers

Already prepared for the farewell

The razor-sharp electric saw

Skull ...  is .... cut.......open

Assistants...... puts... clamps

God slices   through  the dura

Looks  hopefully at  His  creation

God of Life prays,a bit of emotion

Grey,convoluted ,soft brain

Storehouse of trillions of gigabytes

Surpass any supercomputer invented

Surgeon is in a dilemna

Should he or ... should he not

That Brutus was the unkindest of all

Crippled for life ..spending hard money

No friends,no foe,no love,no greed

No happiness,no hatred,no emotion

A Living Vegetable waiting execution
