Sunset

Show lasted for about an hour
The free show for eons & eons
Warmth of Love faded crimson
To a softer orange shade
Standing in ankle-deep water
Waiting for the light to fade
So many memories of the year
Waded into the sad mind
2015 is still breathing on its deathbed
The last breath will come out softly
With the forever forgotten Sunset
It will rise again and again
Inflicting pleasure and pain
My Good Friends it WILL rise again
Bringing Hope and Good Cheer
With 2016 it is coming near
I can hear her soft steady tread
Another year of Destiny will be made
Only to fade forever into history of time

Another year in the annals of timeless time is drawing towards another sunset & sunrise in 2017. Happy to read your words specially because it made me read & see the sunset once again after a long long time.
