Mobile phone

for a mobile life.

Both never switched off,

independent operators each.

But if you lose the phone

you have lost everything.

You might as well lose your life.

They sell cell phones for us all to go,

go racing in to the future

in this global world.

At network super speed

we all become part of the techno society

accessing all areas.

Top up that contract with extra texts

and pump steroids in to your thumbs.

Fry your brian with a hundred calls a day,

each one with a crappy ring tone.

Welcome to the online world

with an online persona.

Ya sad bland bastard.

Call me.

I absolutely LOVE this poem! So humourous, it really amused me, myself and my girlfriend laughed out loud whilst reading it!
Great work, fantastic.

I totally enjoyed this one. What did anyone do before the cell phone??? You cannot even use a public rest room without the person in the stall beside you carrying on a conversation!
