How to Determine the Winner of the Game
One man stays inside the circle. He crosses the boundary and the referee blows the whistle. Noise is an illegal motion. Security approaches and throws the referee away. The supervisor fires the security on the spot for practicing without a license. The supervisor is only the supervisor of the hot dog stand. There is no hot dog stand in sight. The winner of the game is now determined.
