In eternal darkness there gleams a bright light-

Not of the morning sun-

But a light of hope.

I may never live in the daytime world.

I may never play safely under the blue skies.

But as long as I have you, the darkness has never been so bright.

Each night I search for my human prey-

Drinking blood to survive-

I once looked upon humans as merely a meal-

Now I find myself loving one-

If only you could join me in eternal darkness-

We'd love forever.

For you are my light that shows the way-

I'll love you for today

And for all eternal Darkness...
