Language of the Dead

Folder:
After Death

They like to come in dreams

because dreams are made of their words.

They speak in symbols, like feathers and dragonflies.

They drop objects from the land of imagery

to show their love.

”I love you”

”I am still beside you”

”I am with the one we lost together”

and, my favorite,

”Look!  I’m not in any pain anymore!”

And even

”Someone you know needs THIS right now.  I know it looks weird.  Bring it anyway.”
