Demon's Laughter

We lay alone clinging to an empty faith
Holding memories trying to kill the eternal wait
Praying for a fairy-tale happily ever after
But the prayer is lost in the demon’s growing laughter
Trying not to lose our bloody grip
When the slightest breeze could cause a slip
Separating what once was more than close
Giving love the lethal dose

Murdered, forgotten, lost and raped
Left behind with an empty shape
A hollow shell trapped in commotion
Clinging to one last dying emotion
Before the nothingness consumes again
The demon laughter now dripping with sin
Now shown in its true form, exposed is my destiny
The once happy story has become a tragedy
