Taxing anything from China right now is hazzardous international politics on Trump's mind as something to distract the fake news from analyzing. Who cares who starts the next world war, if Russia bombs China and North Korea bombs USA, and Israel bombs Germany (old debt) we will find usa citizens thinking about other issues than killings as suicides, over does, or murder for whatever reasons. We will look up suddenly and relize diplomacy failed somewhere, as we sweep radiated ash off the lawn.

Will the interceptors be able to pinpoint anything aimed at usa or eu or uk or israel - nkorea is playing for time. As the market plunges, over Chna tariffs (taxes they are calling them) do we really want to attack China's faultering economy right now to what end - we will need them to keep nkorea in check. Soooooo, Russia is in there supplying fissionables and tech to nkorea? Hmmm... What does their co-communist neighbor, China, think about that. Is is a cooperative effort?
