The trick is to pass

by the wet bar

more than you go

to the bathroom

daily.

Consumption is

also limited by not

washing the glasses,

all two hundred

of them.

.

The habit is curtailed

by avoiding cocktails in

the evening and liquers

in tea and coffee.

.

I pause in front of the

bottles and pretend to be

taking inventory, but

actually I'm simply

planning ahead.
