A Poet's Heart

A poet’s heart is the deepest ocean of secrets
It hides inside the walls
The walls of time
Where a heartbeat lasts forever
Where the rain drips down your window before bed
Crying to be understood.

A Poet's Heart

You have captured a true poet's heart.
It hides inside the walls of time, and most
times is never really revealed. To know a poet,
is to know his heart. This is most beautiful.
Excellent write. hbw

I cannot take

I cannot take credit for the writing that honor soley belongs to Natasha Hamilton, I am merely the middle man. I read this wonderful work of art and added it to a folder I have in portfolio "Worlds greatest poetry copyright 1904" reserved for the consideration of my humble opinion about poetry
