Soft Sadness

A cool and gentle breeze floats by

And gently chills the skin

Dimly seen through hardened eyes

Tried but not forgotten sin.

No longer does it make him cry

Nor blood rush to his face

No longer do his muscles tense

Only just a weary trace of sadness.

    Like this poem very much,

Like this poem very much, it is so sorrowful for lost love. The reader can perceive the regret throughout the poem you have created too. Almost mournful.
