Written shortly after George Harrison's death as I noted the poetic quality of that song. Just an attempt to model something to the same meter and rhyme scheme.
I really don't know where this one came from. I think it may have been inspired by Ozzy Ozbourne's "Over the Mountain". Something about riding shooting stars and the sky...the rest just sort of followed.
